Turn a Team Schedule Photo into a Calendar You Can Trust
A team flyer can contain weeks of games, practices, and location changes. Entering each line by hand is slow, but sharing dates you have not checked can confuse the whole group. Here is a safer workflow.
1. Start with a clear image
Photograph the whole schedule in good light. Make sure the season year, times, and venue names are visible. If the sheet has handwritten changes, capture those too.
2. Check the extracted events
Upload the image to Image2Cal. The app reads candidate events and provides a review step before you save them. Its newer review checks can surface details that need attention, such as an inferred date, a missing time, or information that does not agree across readings. Availability of these checks can vary during rollout.
Look closely at away games, AM versus PM, canceled dates, and venues with similar names. Correct anything that differs from the source. Automated extraction is an assist, not a substitute for checking the schedule.
3. Save and share
Save the corrected events as a calendar. You can export it or create a share link for teammates and family. If the organizer sends a revised schedule, update the saved events and send the current link.
